Recently, Huazhi Energy has built the largest single commercial and industrial energy storage power station in Anhui Province.This project is for a high energy-consuming enterprise in a certain county in Anhui Province.The enterprise is a well-established local company focused on cotton and chemical fiber textile processing and dyeing, with annual electricity expenses exceeding 40 million yuan, facing the following electricity usage challenges:
1. Numerous electrical devices, high power, and high energy consumption.
2. High load on the power grid during peak hours, threatening grid safety and the lifespan of electrical equipment.
3. Insufficient photovoltaic power generation on the roof, with clean energy supply unable to continuously meet energy-saving needs.
4. Limited factory land, with calculated capacity demand <5MWh, making it impossible to use standard energy storage containers.
Therefore, Huazhi Energy adopted 16 units of ES125-2 products, efficiently utilizing the vacant land on both sides of the factory roads and implemented a '12+4' two-zone planning for distributed deployment.
Area A: 12 units of 125kW/258kWh air-cooled energy storage cabinets.
Area B: 4 units of 125kW/258kWh air-cooled energy storage cabinets
After the design plan was implemented, it took only 3 days to complete delivery and grid connection debugging, providing the owner with over 2.7 million kWh of peak power support annually, saving over 1.5 million yuan in electricity costs, truly realizing the application value of commercial and industrial energy storage.
